What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form or use our calculator and choose to receive your results by email, we collect the information you provide. Typically this is your name, email address, phone number, country, and details about your livestock operation.

We also collect basic technical information about your visit (IP address, user agent, referring page, UTM parameters) to understand how people find us and to reduce spam.

How we use it

• To personally reply to your enquiry.
• To send you the calculator results and Chris's notes on your setup.
• To maintain the email list for occasional updates (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To improve the site and our services.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to operate our business: a CRM (currently GoHighLevel, migrating), email delivery, and hosting. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what information we hold on you, to correct it, or to delete it entirely. Email chris@foddergroup.com and we'll action it within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the minimum cookies necessary to operate the site. If we add analytics in future, we'll disclose it here and offer an opt-out where required by law.
